If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Brio Landing fully supports your right to return the item.

Please reach out to our customer care team at support@briolanding.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our dedicated service team will review your return request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.

While we might inquire about the reason for your return, this is solely for our internal data and to enhance the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. Please note that providing specific reasons for the return is entirely optional.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as you received them, and must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Brio Landing reserves the right to reject returns for justifiable reasons, particularly if the returned item does not meet the specified conditions, there are indications of use, or if there's an abuse of the return policy (for example, bulk buying and returning products).

*Please be aware that Brio Landing does not cover the shipping costs for returning products. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
